1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of List Kinos (the "App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Entertainment purposes only
List Kinos is provided for personal convenience and entertainment purposes only. It is not intended for, and should not be relied upon for, any critical, professional, medical, financial, legal, or safety-related purpose. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information you rely on when using the App.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use List Kinos. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Your account
You may create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with a third-party provider such as Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
5. Your data and content
To provide the Service, List Kinos stores the information you enter into the App, including but not limited to your name, email address, chosen alias, the lists and items you create, and your membership in shared lists. By using the App, you consent to this storage and to sharing relevant list data with other members of any list you join or create. We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed using third-party infrastructure providers (see Section 7) solely to operate the Service.
You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant us the right to store, process, and display it as necessary to operate the App, including making it visible to other members of a list you share.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Upload or share content that is abusive, harassing, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, lists, or the App's underlying systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its infrastructure.
7. Third-party services
List Kinos relies on third-party providers to operate, including Supabase (database, authentication, and realtime infrastructure), Google (optional sign-in), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these integrations is also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies.
8. "As is" — no warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, List Kinos and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service. You may stop using the App and delete your lists at any time.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
